A housing estate consisting of 4500 housing opportunities ranging from freehold stands to sectional title developments, including a retirement village and frail care unit. 

In collaboration with the architecture team, de Laroche Architecture assisted the town planner in developing the township layouts, including road and access designs for this project.

This Hotel was established in 1997 with its first wedding venue being the Banquet Hall and adjacent Chapel. The idea was based on creating a Tuscan Style wedding venue in Muldersdrift Johannesburg.

Private School

 

This Estate Private School is a pre-primary and primary school facility. The concept was to design a building that fitted within a Tuscan Style housing development and that would promote a feeling of comfort, happiness, safety by carefully positioning the buildings around play areas positioned at the core of the school.
